At The Packaging Company, we want you to be happy with your purchase!


Due to the nature of our order processing system, most orders cannot be cancelled after being placed.
If you would like to confirm if your order can be cancelled, please contact customerservice@thepackagingcompany.com and we will provide you with further information.

If for any reason you wish to return a product received from The Packaging Company, please follow these steps:

  1. Ensure you have met the conditions at the bottom of this page, to confirm your eligibility.
  2. Contact us via customerservice@thepackagingcompany.com in order to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  3. Return your product (including the packing slip or order confirmation) to the following address:

  4. Once we have received and verified your shipment, we will issue a full refund (less shipping) back to your original payment method

Please note, we cannot take responsibility for any returned item(s) that become lost or damaged during transit.
We recommend using a shipping service that provides you with a tracking number, to secure your shipment and help track the return until it reaches our facility.


Items can be returned for a full credit (less shipping) within 30 days, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Due to the nature of the items, Custom/Made-To-Order items as well as machines and other equipment are considered final sale and non-returnable, unless the item is defective. 
    If you happen to receive a defective item, please notify us at customerservice@thepackagingcompany.com, so we can help serve you better.

  2. Returns must be in resalable condition, and preferably kept in the original packaging it was sold in, with your packaging slip or order confirmation.

All returns will be subject to inspection for damage or misuse, prior to the issue of a refund.

Please note that products from orders that have been returned or cancelled, will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%, unless otherwise authorized by The Packaging Company.

Any shipments that have been refused and delivered back to The Packaging Company will be automatically refunded less the cost of shipping, and will also incur the restocking fee as mentioned above.
