USE OF PERSONAL SHIPPING ACCOUNT AGREEMENT

Providing Personal Account Details

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between [Customer's Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Customer," and The Packaging Company, hereinafter referred to as the "Company." By consenting to this Agreement, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below:

The Customer affirms that all account details provided for the purpose of utilizing their personal shipping account are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

The Customer assumes full responsibility for any additional charges that may arise as a result of shipping the order using the personal shipping account provided. This includes, but is not limited to, shipping fees, surcharges, taxes, and any other related expenses.

The Customer acknowledges that any discrepancies or issues arising from the personal shipping account details provided are solely their responsibility. The Company shall not be held liable for any errors, delays, or losses incurred due to inaccurate or incomplete account information.

The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold the Company harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from inaccuracies in the provided account details or any disputes related to the use of the personal shipping account.

Providing a Shipping Label

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between [Customer's Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Customer," and The Packaging Company, hereinafter referred to as the "Company." By opting to provide a shipping label, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below:

The Customer shall provide a valid and accurate shipping label to the Company for the purpose of processing and shipping their order. The shipping label must include all necessary information, including recipient address, tracking number, and any other relevant details.

The Customer agrees to contact customerservice@thepackagingcompany.com after placing an order, to confirm shipment details. Failure to do so may result in delays with order processing and potential shipment discrepancies. Delays caused by late submission of the shipping label shall not be the responsibility of the Company.

The Customer acknowledges that any issues arising from inaccuracies or delays related to the provided shipping label are solely their responsibility. The Company shall not be held liable for any errors, delays, or losses incurred due to issues with the shipping label.

The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold the Company harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from inaccuracies or delays related to the provided shipping label or any disputes related to its use.

By proceeding with the order and utilizing the personal shipping account or providing a shipping label, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

The Packaging Company reserves the right to refuse the utilization of personal shipping accounts or the acceptance of customer-provided shipping labels if they do not adhere to the terms outlined in this agreement. In such cases, the Company will notify the Customer promptly and provide alternative shipping options to ensure efficient order processing and delivery. By acknowledging this agreement, the Customer understands and accepts the Company's right to refuse any shipment method that does not meet the specified criteria.
